Our Founder:

I’m Adam Nanni, founder of Creative Empire Contracting.

Originally from Upstate NY, I got my start in home building, spending 9 years learning the trade and putting in the work on job sites. After moving here in 2005, I spent over 16 years in the automotive industry in business and management roles, where I built experience in leadership, organization, and working with people.

At a certain point, I knew I wanted to get back to what I enjoyed most—building. Creative Empire Contracting is the result of that decision. It’s where I bring together hands-on experience and a strong work ethic with the structure and communication I have developed over the years.

Coming back to building wasn’t by mistake, it was about getting back to work I take pride in and am truly passionate about.
